How do Triple Offset metal-to-metal valves work

1. The working principle of the three-eccentric metal-to-metal butterfly valve involves the rotation of the butterfly plate and the operation of the sealing system.
2. The key feature of this butterfly valve is its three-eccentric design, including axial eccentricity, radius eccentricity and angular eccentricity. When the valve is open, the disc is parallel to the flow direction of the fluid, allowing the fluid to pass smoothly. When it is necessary to close the valve, the disc begins to rotate, perpendicular to the direction of fluid flow, cutting off the channel and achieving valve closure.
3. The valve uses a metal-to-metal sealing system, usually using carbide or stainless steel seals, to adapt to high temperature, high pressure and corrosive fluid environments.
